In order to process your e-mails faster, please note the following:
1) Make sure to include the year, make and model of your bike.
2) Most e-mails are processed early in the morning Monday to Friday.
3) Please give us at least 24-48 hours to respond to your e-mail request (especially if we are going to send photos).
4) If you decide to call after sending us an e-mail please let us know that you sent an e-mail… this helps to prevent confusion later and speeds our e-mail process.
5) We try to respond to all e-mails; sometimes we may miss a few, if you do not get some type of reply after 36 hours please e-mail us again.
